SIRIUS-pehmokäynnistimiä käytetään oikosulkumoottoreiden pehmeään käynnistämiseen. Pehmokäynnistin suojaa sähköverkon ja mekaanisen voimansiirron ylimääräisiltä rasituksilta. Kaikissa Siemensin kolmivaihepehmokäynnistimissä on ohituskoskettimet sisäänrakennettuina, mikä säästää tilaa sähkökeskuksessa ja yksinkertaistaa kytkentöjä.

SIRIUS-pehmokäynnistimiä käytetään oikosulkumoottoreiden pehmeään käynnistämiseen. Pehmokäynnistin suojaa sähköverkon ja mekaanisen voimansiirron ylimääräisiltä rasituksilta. Kaikissa Siemensin kolmivaihepehmokäynnistimissä on ohituskoskettimet sisäänrakennettuina, mikä säästää tilaa sähkökeskuksessa ja yksinkertaistaa kytkentöjä.

  • Kolmivaiheohjattu, puolijohteiden ylilämpösuoja
  • Käynnistysluokka 10 … 30 ja sis.rak. termistorirele
  • Oikosulkusuojaksi suositellaan sulaketta
  • Käynnistystapa perustuu virtaraja-, momenttiraja- tai aikaramppitekniikkaan. Valittavissa myös pumppupysäytys ja hidastusramppi. Optiona: Profibus DP-kortti, paikallisnäyttö ja PC:lle parametrointiohjelmisto.

SIRIUS-sarja sisältää erilaisia komponentteja, joita voidaan yhdistellä sopiviksi kokonaisuuksiksi. SIRIUS-pehmokäynnistimet on jaettu kolmeen ryhmään ominaisuuksien mukaan.

Siemens on jakanut kontaktorit ja suurimman osan SIRIUS-sarjan komponenteista kokoluokkiin S00-S12. Kun asiakas valitsee S00-kokoluokan pehmokäynnistimen, voi hän helposti valita siihen sopivan moottorisuojakytkimen, joka on myöskin samaa kokoluokkaa S00. Tällöin komponenttien yhteensovittamisessa ei koidu mekaanisia ongelmia.


Pehmokäynnistimen valintaohjeet

  • Mitoitus aina moottorin nimellisvirran mukaan
  • Kevyt käyttö: pumppu, rullakuljetin
  • Keskiraskas käyttö: pieni puhallin
  • Raskas käyttö: murskain, suuri puhallin
  • Jos käynnistyksiä on paljon ja käyttö on raskas, pitää valita nimellisteholtaan jopa kaksi teholuokkaa suurempi laite
  • Oikosulkusuojaksi suositellaan aina ultra-nopeaa puolijohdesulaketta, jolloin puhutaan koordinaatioluokan kaksi mitoituksesta
  • Moottorisuojakytkimen tai johdonsuojan käyttö ei takaa pehmokäynnistimen säilymistä toimintakuntoisena rajun oikosulun jälkeen, tällöin puhutaan koordinaatioluokan yksi mitoituksesta
