SIMATIC ET 200SP on helppo käyttää, pieni ja tehokas. ET 200SP on seuraaja tunnetulle ET 200S tuoteperheelle. Tarjolla ovat tavallisten lähtö- ja tulokorttien lisäksi mm. turvakortit. ET 200SP toimii tarvittaessa kustannustehokkaana energia-analysaattorina (230-480VAC). ET 200SP aseman saa myös integroidulla logiikkaohjaimella. Tällöin se vastaa suosittua ET 200S CPU:ta, mutta logiikkaohjain on S7-1500 pohjainen. Laajimmallaan 63 moduulin levyinen asema mahdollistaa yli 1000 I/O-pistettä. Kuituväyläliitynnällä toteutat hajautusasemien yhdistämisen ilman kuitumuuntimia.

 

SIMATIC ET 200 -hajautusasemat integroituvat täysin muihin SIMATIC-tuotteisiin. Automaatiosuunnittelijalla on valittavana laaja valikoima tuotteita eri käyttötarkoituksiin. Kaikki nämä tuotteet konfiguroidaan samalla työkalulla, jolla logiikkaohjaimet ohjelmoidaan. Eri käyttötarkoituksiin tarkoitetut mallit, kuten kosteudelta suojatut, toimivat ihan samoin kuin kaappiasennattaviksi tarkoitettavat tuotteet. Kun tarvitaan älykkäitä hajautusasemia, jotka pystyvät toimimaan myös itsenäisesti, voidaan Siemensin ET 200 -sarjan tuotteisiin valita prosessiaseman (logiikkaohjaimen) sisältävä väyläliityntäyksikkö. Nämä väyläliityntäyksiköihin integroidut prosessiasemat vastaavat tuttuja S7-300- tai S7-1500-sarjan prosessiasemia. 

Turvallista automaatiota

Turvatekniikka eli viranomaismääräysten mukaiset koneturvallisuuteen liittyvät ohjaukset on Siemensin ohjausjärjestelmissä mahdollista toteuttaa samalla ohjaimella kuin muut automaatiotoiminnot. Tällöin vältytään erillisten turvalogiikoiden hankkimiselta ja niiden erillisten ohjausten suunnittelulta. Myös väyläliityntäyksikköön integroitu prosessiasema voi olla turvatekniikkaa tukeva niin sanottu Fail-Safe malli. Turvateknikkaa tukevia I/O-moduleita löytyy lähes kaikista ET 200 -tuotteista.

Nykyaikainen automaatiototeutus sisältää lähes aina lähtö- ja tulopiirejä, jotka on viety prosessiaseman luota lähemmäs toimilaitteita. Tällaista toteutusta kutsutaan hajautetuksi I/O:ksi, joka Siemensillä tunnetaan nimellä SIMATIC ET 200.

 

  • Turvatekniikka eli viranomaismääräysten mukaiset koneturvallisuuteen liittyvät ohjaukset on mahdollista toteuttaa samalla I/O-asemalla kuin muut liitynnät. Tällöin vältytään erillisten turvalogiikoiden hankkimiselta ja niiden erillisten ohjausten suunnittelulta.
  • Siemensin ET 200-sarjan hajautusasemat jakautuvat kahteen ryhmään, suoraan kentälle asennettaviin IP65 tai IP67 suojausluokan tuotteisiin sekä laitekaappiin tarkoitettuihin IP20 suojausluokan tuotteisiin. Automaatio-ohjelman kannalta kaikki tuotteet ovat hyvin samanlaisia.
  • Siemensin ET 200-hajautusasemat voidaan kytkeä muihin automaatiolaitteisiin joko Profinet-tai Profibus -väylällä.
  • Siemensin käyttämä teollisuus-Ethernet -väylä Profinet on yhteensopiva tavanomaisen internetissä käytettävän TCP/IP-liikennöinnin kanssa.
