Moottorisuojakytkimet Eaton

Eaton on tuottanut moottorinsuojakatkaisijoita vuodesta 1932 asti. Siitä lähtien ovat ideamme ja kehitystyömme vaikuttaneet ratkaisevasti moottorinsuojauksen kehitykseen. Tuloksena ovat kehittyneet konseptit ja markkinoitavat tuoteinnovaatiot, joista kasvaa alan kansainvälisiä trendejä muovaavia tienraivaajatuotteita yhä uudelleen ja uudelleen.

Tämä pitkä perinne moottorinsuojauksen alalla on auttanut luomaan ja ylläpitämään sitä ydinosaamista, joka on yhtä voimakas vielä tänä päivänä. Termi PKZ ei tarkoita vain korkeaa laatua, vaan se on myös asiantuntijoiden käyttämä synonyymi moottorinsuojakatkaisijoille.

Käytössä todistettu PKZM0 kytkee moottoreita alueella 0,16–32 A. Oikosulunkatkaisukyky on nyt luokiteltu 150 kA 12 A:iin asti ja 50 kA 32 A:iin asti. Myös PKZM 4:n katkaisukyky on jopa 50 kA. Tämä tekee virranrajoittimista lähes tarpeettomia. Nämä moottorinsuojakatkaisimet sopivat DIL-kontaktorisarjaan, joka on ihanteellinen yhdistelmä moottorinkäynnistinkombinaatioiden konfigurointiin.

Oli kyseessä sitten integroitu lisäkontakti, laukeamisenosoittava lisäkontakti, jännitteenlaukaisin tai ovikytkennän kääntökahva, lisävarusteita voidaan käyttää sekä PKZM0:n että PKZM4:n kanssa.

  • Kaikki asetusalueet ovat oikosulunkestäviä 50 kA:iin (400 V) asti
    – Ei tarvetta oikosulkulaskelmille ja esisulakkeille
  • Yleiset ja kattavat lisävarusteet kaikille kokoluokille
    – Helpottaa säästöjen saavuttamista logistiikassa ja suunnittelussa
  • Lisävarusteet (lisäkontaktit ja rinnakkaislaukaisimet) asennetaan ilman työkaluja
    – Vähentää asennusaikaa
  • Sähköisesti ja mekaanisesti yhteensopiva DIL-sarjan kontaktorien kanssa
    –Sama leveys ja sama suorituskyky, tilaa säästävä asennus ja läpinäkyvä suunnittelu
  • Kaikki yleiset kansainväliset hyväksynnät
    – Yhteinen suunnittelupohja erilaisille sovelluksille ja eri vientimaille.
  • Manuaalisesti käynnistettävä moottorinsuojakatkaisija IEC/EN 60947-4-1, VDE 0660, osa 102
  • Kiertokahva ja selkeä kytkintilan näyttö: ON ja OFF
  • Standardin EN 60204 tai VDE 0113 mukainen lisävarusteena saatavan pääkytkimen ja hätäpysäytyskytkimen kanssa.
  • Erotusominaisuudet noudattavat standardia IEC/EN 60947-3
  • UL/CSA-hyväksynnät (sis. tyypit E ja F) Pohjois-Amerikan markkinoille
  • CCC-hyväksyntä Kiinan markkinoille

Uudet DIL M -kontaktorit kytkevät moottoreita jopa 170 A:iin asti. Merkittäviä parannuksia tuotteen ominaisuuksiin ovat nosto- ja pitovoima, optimoidut mittasuhteet ja helpotettu asennus.& Nämä ominaisuudet tekevät kontaktorista todellisen huippuluokan laitteen.
