STEP 7 Classic on tarkoitettu S7-300 ja S7-400 logiikkasarjojen ohjelmointiin.

Tietokoneessa on tehokas Intel ® Core™ i7 -prosessori, korkearesoluutioinen laajakuvanäyttö, tehokas akku, kantokahva sekä nopeasti vaihdettava kiintolevy. Laitteen voi hankkia käyttövalmiina ohjelmat valmiiksi asennettuina. Kun tarvitaan sekä ohjelmisto että tietokone, on edullisinta hankkia ne yhtenä pakettina.
