SIMATIC S7-400 -sarjan prosessiasemat eli logiikkaohjaimet ovat Siemensin Totally Integrated Automation -konseptin tehokkaimmat ohjaimet. Ne on suunniteltu laajojen ja vaativien prosessien ohjaukseen, joissa prosessin keskeytymätön ohjaus on tärkeää niin ihmisten kuin prosessinkin turvallisuuden kannalta.

S7-400-sarjasta löytyy vaihtoehtoja perustason S7-400-ohjaimesta aina järeään kahdennettuun prosessiasemaan, jolla voidaan toteuttaa myös viranomaishyväksytyt turvaohjaukset.


Suunnittelun helpoutta

Automaatiokomponenttien valinta on helpointa tehdä ilmaisella TIA Selection Tool -työkalulla. Samalla työkalulla voidaan valita logiikkaohjaimet, ET200-hajautusasemat, paneelit, teollisuustietokoneet ja mm. Scalance-kytkimet. Työkalulla voidaan nopeasti tutkia, mitä korttivaihtoehtoja on tarjolla ja luoda helposti osaluettelot ja prosessiasemien kuvat.

Ominaisuudet

  • Järeät prosessiasemat ohjelmoidaan kuten S7-300-sarjan ohjaimet
  • Ohjelmointi joko Step 7 Classic - tai TIA Portal -ympäristössä. TIA Portal -ympäristössä ei ole tällä hetkellä tukea redundanttisille S7-400H-järjestelmille eikä CFC-ohjelmointikielelle
  • Monista malleista löytyy haastaviin ympäristöolosuhteisiin soveltuva SIPLUS-versio

Automaatio-ohjelmisto Siemens STEP 7 Classic

Step 7 Classic on ohjelman perusversio, joka tukee ohjelmointia kolmella IEC-61131-3 standardin mukaisella kielellä: tikapuukaaviolla (LAD), tomilohkokaaviolla (FBD) ja lausekielellä (STL).

STEP 7 Classic on tarkoitettu S7-300 ja S7-400 logiikkasarjojen ohjelmointiin.
